Most people searching for a portable farmhouse price want one number. The honest answer is that the cost depends on a handful of choices you control. A relocatable steel farmhouse is built on a bolted steel frame with insulated panels, so you pay for area, finish and site, not for a permanent concrete base.
The real advantage is what you keep. If the land use or ownership changes, the house does not stay behind. It can be dismantled and moved. Concrete cannot do that.
7 Things That Set the Price
These are the inputs that change a quote. Knowing them before you call makes the conversation faster and the number more accurate.
The single biggest driver. More floor area means more steel, more panels and more finishing. Layouts run from compact 1BHK to 4BHK and larger, and the plan is customised to your plot.
Flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, bathroom fittings and electrical fittings can be basic or premium. Two farmhouses of the same size can differ a lot in price because of finish alone.
Bedrooms and bathrooms add partition walls, plumbing and electrical work. Each extra bathroom or bedroom adds services on top of the steel and panels.
Reacon uses insulated sandwich panels on a hot-dip galvanised steel frame. Panel specification affects the price, so ask for it to be stated in your quote.
A verandah or sit-out, skylights and larger openings add steel and glazing. Decide early which extras are must-haves and which can wait.
A lightweight footing or plinth is needed, but it is far smaller than an RCC foundation. Soil, slope and how easily trucks can reach the plot change site cost and erection effort.
We deliver pan-India. Distance from our Medchal, Hyderabad factory affects freight, and a remote plot with poor road access costs more to erect.
