Factory Manager

Full-time · Hyderabad (On-site)

What you'll do

Oversee daily factory operations — fabrication, welding, painting, dispatch
Manage production schedules and meet project delivery timelines
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site erection teams
Ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards on the shop floor
Optimize material usage and reduce wastage
Lead and mentor a team of 50+ factory workers and supervisors

What we need

8+ years experience in steel fabrication or PEB manufacturing
Strong knowledge of structural steel processes — cutting, welding, blasting, painting
Proven team management and production planning skills
Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering preferred

Quality Inspector

Full-time · Hyderabad (On-site)

What you'll do

Inspect raw materials, in-process fabrication, and finished steel structures
Conduct dimensional checks, weld quality inspection (visual + UT/MT as needed)
Maintain inspection records and issue quality reports
Ensure compliance with IS codes, client specifications, and Reacon quality standards
Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies when required
Flag and follow up on non-conformances until resolution

What we need

3+ years experience in quality inspection — steel fabrication or construction
Familiarity with NDT methods (UT, MT, DPT) is a strong plus
Knowledge of IS 800, IS 816, AWS D1.1 or equivalent welding codes
Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Civil / Metallurgy Engineering

Structural Fitter

Full-time · Hyderabad (On-site)

What you'll do

Read fabrication drawings and mark out plates, sections and hole positions
Cut, grind and prepare steel — gas cutting, grinding and drilling
Fit up built-up columns and rafters, base plates, stiffeners, cleats and haunches, and tack-weld them ready for welding
Check dimensions, squareness and alignment with tape, square and level before release
Work alongside welders and the quality team to fix any fit-up issues
Support bolt-up and alignment during erection on site when required

What we need

ITI in Fitter trade (or equivalent hands-on experience)
2+ years in structural steel fabrication or PEB work
Able to read fabrication drawings and take accurate measurements
Safe use of cutting, grinding and drilling tools; tack welding is a plus
