Beam Processing

CNC beamline handles drilling, coping, and marking for structural columns, rafters, and purlins — all from CAD data.

Welding & Assembly

MIG and submerged arc welding for heavy structural joints. Multi-head systems for high-volume production runs.

Quality Control

UT weld inspection, dimensional checks, and paint thickness measurement. Every member leaves the yard documented.
